Sarah Hansen, DNP, AGPN

Hi my name is Sarah Hansen and I am an Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. I received my Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Emory University School of Nursing in 2023 and as well as my Masters of Science in Nursing from Emory University in 2015. I am ANCC board certified as an Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and have been living and working in West Virginia for the last 8 years. I am passionate about providing quality, holistic, individualized health care that is evidenced-based. Making sure the patient feels heard and respected is very important to me. I currently see patients at the Dawes clinic at Cabin Creek Health Systems. I also act as the Program Director for our Advanced Practice Provider Primary Care Fellowship and Laboratory Director and Technical Consultant for our CLIA certified moderate complexity lab. In addition to this, I serve as the treasurer and executive board member for the West Virginia Alliance for Creative Health Care Solutions. I see all patients over the age of 13 for primary care needs and have a special interest in lifestyle medicine and treating obesity.
