How Your Donation Helps
- Provide Transportation assistance for those with limited mobility and/or financial hardship
- Supply personal care items for patients facing housing challenges
- Offer enabling services to help patients access housing, benefits, and healthcare resources
- Cover preventative care costs, such as essential vaccines, for those without the ability to pay.

Attend the premiere screening of a documentary about the 50-year history and impact of Cabin Creek Health Systems. This 22-minute premiere will take place in the beautiful Culture Center Theater, home of the world-renowned Mountain Stage.

Use the Greenbrier St. entrance to the WV State Capitol. If you put the Culture Center into your GPS, this should take you to the correct entrance.
FOR HANDICAP PARKING OR DROP-OFFS:
From the entrance, turn right and follow the curve to the small parking lot beside the Culture Center Building.
FOR PRIMARY PARKING:
From the entrance, turn left.
ADDITIONAL PARKING:
1. Behind the Capitol complex, find additional parking on Piedmont Rd, highlighted in magenta on the image below
2. Overflow parking is available at Laidley Field, along Piedmont Rd.

We encourage guests to wear your “Sunday’s Best,” whether that’s something simple and comfortable or something special and formal. There will be a professional photographer and a red carpet photo opportunity.
