Trenton Johnson, PA-C

My name is Trent Johnson and I am a primary care Physician Associate with CCHS. I attended The University of Charleston (WV) for both undergraduate and graduate study, graduating with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2021. I completed a primary care rotation with CCHS as a student, and then began my PA career with CCHS soon after graduation.

I take a thorough and evidence- based approach to healthcare, helping patients work towards quality health in an effective and efficient manner. I see myself as a guide and teammate for my patients, working TOGETHER to achieve their health goals in a way that they feel works best for them. While I am fully open to treating all health conditions as a primary care provider, I have a special passion for adult health and cases such as: Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Depression, Anxiety, Hepatitis C, and Men’s Health.

I spend my time outside of work with my family and friends, ministering at local churches, and being an avid sports fan. I have been born and raised in West Virginia and take pride in giving back to the lovely people of this state. I welcome the opportunity to be your teammate and guide during your healthcare journey!
