Primary Care Provider

Sara Haroon Yousuf was born and raised in sunny South Florida, where she completed her Physician Assistant Masters in 2021. She then went on to work in multiple states including Georgia and Illinois, until settling in WV where she completed further training through the Advanced Practice Provider Primary Care Fellowship at Cabin Creek Health Systems. In 2024, CCHS welcomed Sara Haroon-Yousuf as a full-time provider at CCHS Westside Health where she is now accepting new patient appointments.

Sara lives with her husband and two playful cats and currently is enjoying exploring the state of WV and all it has to offer.
