Heidi Bissell, APRN, FNP-C

Lead Clinician

Heidi began her medical career working as a nursing assistant while attending nursing school in 2006. She graduated from University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston Texas in 2010 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing.

Heidi moved back to West Virginia in 2012 where she worked for CAMC. She graduated from University of Cincinnati with her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2017. Heidi is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Heidi joined Cabin Creek Health Systems at the Sissonville Health Center in 2017. She provides a wide range of both preventative and primary care services to patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. Heidi promotes health and wellness through patient education, compassionate care and shared
decision making.

When not working Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading books and
travelling.
