Behavioral Health Services Include:
Brief Consultation
Behavioral Health Providers are typically consulted during medical visits.
Consultation may include brief problem evaluation, initial intervention, and treatment planning.
Consultation also may include a referral to comprehensive assessment services or more intensive therapy services (specialty therapy services), which are not provided at CCHS.
Established Therapy Services
Therapy in a primary care setting is brief (30 min sessions) and typically short-term (ranging from 6-8 session on average).
Crisis Intervention
Behavioral Health Providers, or other clinic staff, are available during clinic hours to assist patients in crisis.

Substance Use Treatment
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is for people who specifically have opiate/opioid addiction or a combination of opiate/opioid addiction and other addictions.
Our MAT program includes medical treatment, individual therapy, group therapy, use of community groups, and diversion prevention.
