Instructions on Kielbasa, Green Bean, Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 lb. Russet Potatoes, Peeled, Cut into Cubes
- 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Pack Kielbasa Sausage, Sliced
- 1 lb Green Beans, fresh or canned
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven to 400 °F. Peel and cube the potatoes and slice the kielbasa. Place the potatoes on a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix the resulting sauce with the potatoes and spread on a baking dish before adding sausage.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and add green beans, mixing thoroughly. Return the dish to the oven for 30 more minutes.
- Serve
