Debbie Bail, RPh

Anne Berry, MD

Anne Berry is a board certified family medicine physician. Dr. Berry graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Linguistics with a Biology minor from Stanford University. She graduated from Penn State College of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at Lawrence Health Center.
Dr. Berry sees patients at the Clendenin Health Center Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Dan Doyle, MD

Dan Doyle is a board certified family medicine physician and a certified geriatrician. Dr. Doyle graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Professional Studies from the University of Notre Dame. He graduated from Harvard Medical School and completed a family medicine resident at the University of Massachusetts.
Dr. Doyle sees patients at the Cabin Creek Health Center on Tuesdays. He also serves as the medical director for the Grace Anne Dorney Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program.

Jill Fields, PA-C

Jill Fields is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who has been taking care of patients in Sissonville since 1994. She graduated summa cum laude from Alderson Broaddus College in 1992 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Science. As a PA, she works in both community health and school-based health settings and has a special interest in women’s health. Jill resides in Poca with her husband of 20 years, her twin daughters and a son. Outside of work, Jill enjoys supporting her children in their sports activities, reading, soccer, football, and watching NCIS.

Mary Grandon, PA-C

Mary Grandon received her Physician Assistant’s degree at Alderson-Broaddus College with a minor in psychology. She is employed by Cabin Creek Health Systems and work in the Clendenin Health Center and at Herbert Hoover High School. She also serves as a PA-C Coordinator for the Marshall University School Health Technical Assistance Team.

RoseAnne Hefner, LPC

Rose Ann Hefner graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University with a BA in Sociology and from Loyola College in Maryland with a MS in PastoralCounseling. Since 1998 she has worked at Kanawha Pastoral Counseling Center in Charleston, WV. She has served part time as a Behavioral Health Consultant for Cabin Creek Health System for 4 years. She has a variety of experiences working with families, children, couples and individuals. She has Certificates as a National Certified Gambling Counselor and as a Spiritual Director.

Mitch Jacques, MD – Medical Director

Mitch Jacques is a board certified family medicine physician. Dr. Jacques graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and a PhD in Engineering from North Carolina State University. He graduated from Michigan State University School of Medicine and completed a family medicine residency at Penn State University, Hershey Medical Center.
Dr. Jacques sees patients at the Cabin Creek Health Center Mondays – Thursdays.

Betsy Kent, MSW, LICSW

Betsy Kent is a behavioral health consultant and a licensed independent clinical social worker. Betsy received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology from Dickinson College in 1970, a Master of Arts in Child Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut in 1972, and a Master’s of Social Work from West Virginia University in 1980.
Betsy Kent sees patients at the Cabin Creek Health Center on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Cammy Kitchen, PA-C

Catherine Kitchen graduated from the Child Health Associate Program at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1999 after earning a BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida. My professional goal is to empower students by living and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Melissa Lambert, FNP

Melissa is a native of the area, she graduated from South Chaleston High School in 1994. Studied nursing at West Virginia Weslyan for 2 years then finished at University of Charleston in 1998 where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Her background as a staff nurse includes mostly critical care (Heart and Neonatal care). She attended Marshall University and graduated with a Masters in Administration in 2004. She began teaching for 4 years at St. Mary’s School of Nursing until she finished her post Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2007 and moved back to Charleston. She most recently worked for MedExpress Urgent Care before coming to Cabin Creek Health Systems.

Kathleen “KC” Lovin, PA-C

Kc Lovin is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. She graduated with her degree in Health Care Sciences from the University of Texas in 1983 and her Masters of Science in Family Counseling from the University of Hartford in 1984. Kc has also received additional training in pediatrics from Mount Sinai Hospital and colposcopy from the University of Pennsylvania. She also serves as Lead Clinician for the Clendenin Health Center.
Kc sees patients at the Clendenin Health Center Mondays – Thursdays where she serves as that sites Lead Clinician.

Jessica McColley, DO

Jessica McColley graduated from the WV School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2009 and completed a family medicine residency in Newport News,Virginia. Dr. McColley also completed a one-year fellowship in Maternal and Child Health at the West Suburban Medical Center in Chicago. This fellowship focused on normal and high risk perinatal care along with pediatric medicine. Her special interests include pediatric and adolescent medicine and working with youth to prevent risky and dangerous behavior, helping them to succeed in their schooling and in their future careers.

Megan Olish-Terry, PA-C

Megan Olish-Terry is a nationally certified physician assistant. She received her Bachelors in Medical Science in 2005 and her Masters in Physician Assistant in 2008 from Mountain State University in Beckley, WV.

John Rice, PA-C – Lead Clinician

John Rice is a nationally certified Physician Assistant. He graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Carolina and completed his Masters of Health Sciences, Physician Assistant program at the Duke University School of Medicine. John also received his Master’s in Public Health from the University of North Carolina.
John sees patients at the Cabin Creek Health Center Mondays – Fridays where he serves as that sites Lead Clinician.

Emily Selby-Nelson, PsyD

Emily Selby Nelson is doctoral psychologist. She graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, her Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology, and her Doctorate of Psychology. She completed her doctoral internship at West Virginia University Department of Behavioral Medicine in Charleston, WV.
Dr. Selby-Nelson sees patients at the Clendenin Health Center on Mondays and Tuesdays and the Sissonville Health Center on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

George Stablien, MD

George graduated from Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 2007, receiving his MD and completed a residency in Pediatric Medicine at The Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA, graduating in 2010. George worked as an acute care pediatrician in Massachusetts prior to moving to WV and joining Cabin Creek Health Systems in October, 2011, where he has worked since that time. George works both in community and school-based health, and has been the Clinical coordinator of School-Based Health for approximately 2 years. George works at Riverside Health Center one day per week at present

Shana Wandling, FNP

Shana Wandling is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Charleston with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She attended Marshall University where she graduated with a Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner.
Shana sees patients at the Sissonville Health Center Monday – Friday.

Sue Westfall is a board certified family medicine physician. Dr. Westfall graduated from West Virginia University’s School of Medicine in 1991. She completed a family practice residency at CAMC in 1995.

Nafiseh Woodard, DO – Lead Clinician

Nafiseh Woodard is a board certified family medicine. Dr. Woodard graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from East Tennessee State University in 1994 and from the WV School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. Dr. Woodard completed a family medicine residency at CAMC in 2004.
